Delivery & Returns

We very rarely have parcels go missing but unfortunately it can happen. When this happens we find that most of the time that the mail carrier forgets to leave a card and it really isn’t lost at all. The first step is to check with neighbours and your local sorting/collection office with Royal Mail or your local overseas service. 

On despatch of your order you will receive an email containing a link to a Royal Mail tracking number that allows you to track its progress.

We aim to deliver all orders to mainland UK within 3-5 days. Orders for overseas delivery may take longer. Please see our Delivery page for full details of all delivery schedules.

We do not offer a gift wrapping service, however we can provide a gift card with a handwritten message if required. 

UK Delivery 
UK Standard delivery costs £3.95 and is free of charge for orders over £40 (discount automatically applied at the online checkout). 

UK Express delivery costs £7.95

International Delivery 
Delivery charges for international orders vary by order value and location. Please see our Delivery Page for full details.

We do not currently offer customers the ability to specify a delivery time slot but do offer next day delivery for UK mainland orders. Please see our Delivery Page for full details.

Most orders require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local post or delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.

If you are not happy with your order, then please contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

We deliver to most countries in Europe. Also, the US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand to name a few!  All of the European countries that we ship to are listed at checkout and on our Delivery Page.  If you are unsure if we ship to your country, email us at and we will let you know.

If you are outside of the EU then yes, you may need to pay import charges.  Please make sure that you are aware of your country’s import tax and or duty charges before you order from us.  We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to refund your order if you refuse to pay the import charges.

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

We send the tracking number for tracked orders in the shipping confirmation email.

However, sometimes the tracking number can initially say it isn’t recognised, or is unavailable. This happens because sometimes it can take a few hours for the tracking number to update on the courier’s system.

If your tracking number works fine (which they normally do) then sit back, and watch your exciting new order make it’s way directly to you!

We can post to UK PO box addresses.  Unfortunately we cannot ship any orders to a PO box overseas. All of our international deliveries are on a fully tracked service so you can see exactly where your order is. However, this does mean that international orders need to be signed for making shipping to a PO box impossible.

Order History & Amendments

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, or make any changes to it. If you do change your mind, please wait to receive the parcel and return it back to us using the procedure on the Returns Page.


Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit and debit cards, we are also able to accept payment through PayPal. 

Payment will be debited from your account immediately on placing your order.

Unfortunately not at this time.  All orders need to be placed on our website.

Some people prefer using PayPal to place their orders, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to do so. 

In fact, if you are hoping to pay with American Express, this is done by selecting ‘pay with PayPal’ at checkout and going through the stages from there

Placing an order

We recommend using the latest version Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer when using our website, as some functionality may not work with older browsers.

The first time you place an order on, a number of details are requested, including your name, address, email address and telephone number.

If you cannot add an item to your basket, it usually means that the item is out of stock.

We cannot take orders over the phone.  You can try placing your order on a different device or browser.  Otherwise we are happy to speak with you and see if we can fix any issues you may be having.

Yes, very. uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details.  Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers.

We do not take backorders for products, however please email us so that we can notify you when the item is back in stock.
